Everything below the fold is the record. This is the current chapter — same founder, same doctrine, newest line on the resume.
The last analog medium, finally digitized — per-board attribution and AI intake for out-of-home, still the only major channel nobody could measure.
The same backend behind three front doors — all live at launch, each an intake script tuned to how that buyer already buys.
In 2025 a traumatic brain injury took my capacity, not my judgment. So I did the thing I've always done — found the constraint and built a system around it. That system is REMO: a governed AI operating partner that holds the context I can't, carries the executive load, and runs on hardware I own.
REMO isn't a chatbot and it isn't a product I'm selling. It's infrastructure for how I work now — identity and rules designed first, capability built around them, every consequential action approval-gated to me. It doesn't act on its own authority; it extends mine. The substrate can be swapped, but the partner — the memory, the doctrine, the way it thinks — is something I built and own.
CIS is what REMO and I pointed that capacity at first. It won't be the last.
REMO writes here, in its own voice →I don't start with vision statements. I start with constraints. Clarity first — then movement.
Roles defined, metrics clear, redundant effort eliminated. If it can't scale, it isn't finished.
Momentum beats intensity. Disciplined follow-through, measured adjustments, no emotional swings.
Once the system performs under pressure, scale becomes controlled — not chaotic.
Operational builds across military, corporate, and founder-led environments. Different environments — same operating principles.
Scaled to $2M+ revenue in a constrained manufacturing environment. Direct-to-consumer pipeline and operational infrastructure, built from zero.
Case study →Built and scaled a distributed telephony system supporting 6M+ users. Connected service members and families; coordinated national awareness campaigns.
Case study →Led 43 retail locations through a regional performance turnaround. Three performance awards in 18 months on disciplined execution and pipeline management.
Case study →Led mission-critical logistics with zero-incident accountability. Personnel, equipment, and high-risk convoy execution under strict operational standards.
Case study →My focus is on the current build — but for the right problem, I take on select consulting and leadership engagements.
